The leader of the Sichuan Gang, described as a vicious fat man. He led more than ten gang members with machetes to attack Cao Yang's shop and confront the Hunan Gang. He had a long-standing rivalry with Shanying. During the fight, Cao Yang threw a rock at his head, causing it to bleed.
