The military commander of Xinzhou who was executed by Prince Yong'an as a sacrifice to rally troops. After seizing Xinzhou's forces, Prince Yong'an had Fan Yuankui's head paraded before the army and later hung it on the walls of Nanwu City. Some people claimed Fan Yuankui had been wicked and deserved his death.
