A member of the Fan family, described as Fan Eryong's niece. She is the one who orchestrated much of the plot by inviting Tong Jiahui to hang out, knowing Tong Yuheng would accompany her, and then informing Han Ailian that Tong Jiahui and Section Chief Hu were working overtime together. She is portrayed as manipulative and deceitful, using others to carry out her schemes.
