Daughter of Lord Fan, Protector of the Northern Frontier. She only entered the capital this year and has a muddled accent from mixing with rough folk outside the frontier. She is skilled in riding and archery. She was mistakenly called Fan Ling due to her accent at the New Year's banquet.
