Unnamed antagonist, an evil practitioner of mystic arts who controls infant spirits. Located at least a kilometer away from the park. Uses whistles to command the spirits and launched a fire spell attack on Tang Xi and Chu Li. Loses control of the infant spirits when they are bound by Tang Xi.
