A little girl refugee, approximately three or four years old, who appears near death from starvation at the city gates of Li'an. She is clutching her mother and wailing uncontrollably. Her desperate condition moves Gu Sui'an to want to help her with food, though Gu Sui'an worries about the risks of drawing attention while fugitives.
