A boy living at the cottage, one of the two children under Madam Li's care. He is thoughtful and sensitive, feeling neglected when Yu Qiu handed tea to others first. He silently brought tea to Yu Qiu and later to Meng Ping. He blushes shyly when praised by Yu Qiu.
