The late wife of Emperor Wei Tuo, also known as Qingyi. She was the young lady of the Pei family whom Wei Tuo married when he was still an imperial prince. She passed away suddenly due to illness nineteen years ago, before she could share the glory of his reign. Wei Tuo posthumously honored her as Empress.
