The emperor of Qi who conferred the title of Duke of Su on Qi Weiling and arranged for Princess Le Ping to marry him. He became suspicious of Qi Weiling's military power due to the Seventh Prince's remarks. He was poisoned by Crown Prince Hengming but survived. He posthumously honored Grand Tutor Wen Qing with the title of Zhenglian.
