An emperor of the Song Dynasty who visited Qiantang Gate by West Lake in 1179 AD. He summoned business people to inquire about their origins and livelihoods. He was deeply moved by Song Wusao's loyalty and tasted her Vinegar Fish, praising it as a fine dish. He bestowed a hundred bolts of colored satin upon Song Wusao.
