The eldest son of the Chen family of Jiangzhou who owns several cargo ships. He owed money for prostitution at Qimeng Tower and was unable to sell his boats due to his family's tainted reputation after his uncle Kong Wenjie's investigation. He provided the crew for the boats sold to Jiang Chengye.
