A minor baron near Cagary City who sent a threatening letter to Farra claiming to be a friend of Lord Kaida. The letter warned Farra to stop extorting Kaida and boasted about his friendly relations with Fritz Viscount, including recent shared meals. Farra dismissed him as all show and no substance.
