A former starship captain who now teaches starship technology students at the school on Planet 627. She is experienced in fighting star pirates and maintains soldier-like vigilance. During the Red Spider Pirate attack, she took command of the training ship to intercept the enemy warship, assigning Lin Tianen as First Officer and other students to gun turrets. Also referred to as Captain Watts by Yan Shaonan.
