Also known as Miracle Doctor Bian, an elderly physician who traveled all the way from Yulin to warn about the approaching hurricane. He enjoys observing the stars but his main profession is medicine. He appeared travel-worn with bloodshot eyes and disheveled appearance, having rushed day and night to deliver the warning. He was invited to rest at the Royal Residence.
