A spy sent by the old emperor of Chu whose original mission was to sow discord among Da Xia's western lords and fragment the country. He gained Minister Li's trust and was promoted due to his talent in water management. He volunteered to undertake a massive canal project that was designed to drain Da Xia's resources internally. His water management plan, though malicious in intent, was extremely effective and later generations found it could reduce flooding to once every eight years. He was eventually imprisoned and sentenced to execution in spring. He had two adopted brothers who became legendary military generals.
