Deputy General Zheng Bin is one of four deputy generals in the northern army, overseeing grain dispatches. He is accused by the Crown Prince of having close acquaintance with the Third Prince, receiving annual gifts of northern specialties. He is to be seized and escorted to the capital for trial by imperial edict.
