The head of the underground laboratory where human experiments were conducted. He was formerly the forensic doctor on Ling Zhanlou's squad. His white coat was splattered with blood, making him look more like a butcher than a doctor. He had a relatively high power level compared to other researchers and was able to withstand Ling Zhanlou's mental energy pressure better than others.
