Liu Sanliang's uncle in the Revolutionary Committee. He has a hooked nose similar to Liu Sanliang. He blackmailed Secretary Ma using evidence of Ma's younger brother's illicit trading. He conspired to sabotage Lin Xun by having her appointed as factory director so she would bear responsibility if the factory failed.
