One of two blue-skinned aliens with large green eyes. He is taller than his companion and carries various weapons including an oversized gun and a heavy weapon. He speaks Mandarin and gets excited about discovering humans. He and Huo Huo are fugitives implanted with chips that cause them to disappear when captured.
