Male leader of the royal guards who received orders from the Emperor to capture Prince Ping's people. He fought Jiu Yue with an iron whip near the artificial mountain. His iron whip was rigid while Jiu Yue's tail whip was flexible. He was defeated by Jiu Yue and his buttocks were whipped to a pulp.
