A former Special Grade Sorcerer who approached Jogo about teaming up. He has black hair loosely tied back with a band, wears a fitted coffee-colored turtleneck, and has a sloppy stitch line across his forehead with surgical thread sticking out. He arranged a meeting with Jogo outside Dagon's domain and gave Jogo a phone for easy contact. He attempted a Hundred Demons Night Parade last year.
