Also known as Auntie Cui, she is the senior palace maid in charge of the Yeting Palace Workshops, having served for over twenty years. She is respected by all and addressed as Auntie. She has a slightly larger suite than other servants. She is skilled at reading people and has come to regard Song Shutang like her own daughter. She suspects she has some connection with the Emperor. She offers Song Shutang an opportunity to serve a new consort in hopes of helping her climb higher in the palace.
