A county magistrate of the Cui clan who comes with attendants to greet Old Madam Xiao at the roadside upon her arrival in Qinghe County. He has a goat's beard and is nearly as old as Old Madam Xiao. He is Old Madam Xiao's nephew and is visibly moved upon seeing her, calling her Aunt loudly.
