Also referred to as Marshal Ma, the antagonist of this arc. He hired bandits to capture Song Shiyu and Xu Xiangke. He was targeted because Song Shiyu and others saw a corpse of a killed informant connected to him. He has multiple leg wounds, severe blood loss, and ultimately confesses to all charges. His hand trembles while writing his confession.
