A constable who has previously helped Shen Zhihe deal with troublemakers at her stall. He is familiar with Shen Zhihe and addresses her as Shen Xiaoniangzi. He becomes intimidated upon realizing the second young master of the Zhou Family is present, and quickly sides with authority figures when Young Master Lu appears.
