Also known as Bai Lian, she is the last descendant of the Bai family. Her family was framed by treacherous officials and exterminated, leaving only her alive. She disguised herself, changed her name, and entered the palace as a maid. Years of harsh labor ruined her health, yet she schemed her way into the Emperor's bed seeking vengeance for her family. She was granted the title of consort out of respect for the Bai ancestors' past merits. She suffered from weak constitution, deficient qi and blood, and died from unstoppable hemorrhaging during difficult labor while giving birth to a princess.
