Madam Wen's biological mother. She was kidnapped and sold to a broker at age four or five, then bought by Old Madam Wen to be her maid. She was later promoted to concubine. She received freedom papers after her daughter entered the palace but was kept by Old Madam Wen to torment her. She works as a gatekeeper in Yuanbao Town and desperately wants to leave the Wen family.
