Supporting character. The younger sister of Officer Qin. She witnessed Chen Xiulan threatening Meng Yingying and testified on Meng Yingying's behalf. She shouted to the crowd that the police had arrived and reported Chen Xiulan's threat to her brother. She also worked at the guesthouse and later delivered Meng Yingying's message to Qi Donghan.
