Coast guard on duty on the ship who sees Qin Yao and Gu Cheng on deck and thinks they are educated youth trying to escape. He warns them that if they jump into the sea, they won't survive and will become fish food. Gu Cheng talks to him and eventually the guard allows them to stay on deck.
