Also known as Chief Chu and Commander Chu. He has a beard and hawk-like eyes. He serves as a messenger from the Lord and visits Ji Mingchen to demand the handover of research data and awakening agents from Dongzhou Fourteenth District. He threatens Ji Mingchen with expulsion and tries to guilt him about his origins and bloodline.
