Also known as Old Madam Chu or Granny Chu, she appears to be a cook at Wanhua Tower but harbors a deep blood feud against Hu Tianmao, who killed her entire family of thirty people. She came to the tower specifically to find evidence of his crimes. She is skilled at climbing walls and escaping, and carries letters as evidence to report to authorities.
