Male, Commander-in-Chief of the Central Base and grandfather of Chu Muhuan and Chu Chaoxun. He established the Central Base at the beginning of the apocalypse. He has a Seal ability that can only be used once, after which it vanishes. He plans to use it on Yu Tao to save the base. His body is weakening, and he is preparing to select a successor.
