The chief eunuch overseeing the punishment room who administered 67 strikes to Liang An before Liang Yao arrived. He slowed the punishment upon hearing Liang Yao went to plead for mercy, and was later rewarded by Liang Yao with a promotion to Zhangshi Taijian in the Imperial Tea Room.
