A merman who followed humans to live in the city and gave birth to Cheng Shui'nan. She had the ability to cry tears that turned into dazzling pearls. A man initially treated her well but later became vicious, beating and kicking her to force her to cry more pearls. She covered the ground with pearls until she could no longer cry. She decided to take Cheng Shui'nan back to the sea, telling him mermen are born to belong there and the human world is not suitable for them, but as a merman without legs she could not walk on land and could not do anything after leaving the sea. She died, and Cheng Shui'nan was left locked up until Zhang Jingzhu rescued him.
