Cheng Shu is a male alpha and Liu Meishan's abusive husband who has illegally occupied Wen Yan's grandfather's house. He is portrayed as violent, aggressive, and entitled, frequently beating Liu Meishan and shouting abusive language. He has a history of drinking and gambling, making him infamous in town. Cheng Shu shows no remorse for his actions and even smugly boasts to Wen Yan that Wen Yan's grandfather sent him a message allowing him to live in the house.
