The fire captain of the North City Fire Brigade who led the fire safety education session and drills. He is friendly and welcoming at first but becomes quite fierce and serious when teaching fire safety. He scolded Su Wen and Little Qi Wu for their kitchen fire mistakes from the previous day, using a small wooden staff to point at safety pictures. He is knowledgeable about fire safety procedures and taught Su Wen how to properly use a fire extinguisher. When an emergency call came in, he immediately organized the Fourth Squadron to respond. He is dedicated to serving the people and protecting lives.
