Male, Chen Yue's younger half-brother, born to a concubine of the Duke. He practices martial arts and can drink, though he usually refrains in front of his princess mother. He has a good relationship with his sister-in-law Tangxiu. He is easily intimidated by his brother Chen Yue's mood and fears being thrown out of a window or becoming paralyzed. He finds Tangxiu amusing and serves as a comic relief character during the dinner scene.
