A treasury official from Cangzhou prefectural office who arrived at Youzhou demanding grain and funds. He was shameless in his approach, kneeling and crying to pressure Pei Zhu. He threatened Pei Zhu with accountability if rebellion broke out among disaster victims. He left empty-handed and humiliated after Pei Zhu's harsh rebuke.
