Second son of North Chen's Second Master and younger brother of Chen Pingye. He is eleven or twelve years old. During the confrontation, he accidentally revealed that his brother did not mean to kill anyone and claimed the woman threw herself at him. He later claimed Jiu Huan hit him on the back, but no mark was found.
