Chen Junhai, also known as Hai Ge or Brother Hai, is a live streamer for the sea fishing club. He gained popularity by catching fish on Xingzhou Island, but the club boss forbade him from showing 'Poseidon' bait during broadcasts because its sales hurt the club's bait and gear sales. The boss suggested repackaging Poseidon bait in club bags, which Chen Junhai refused as fraud. Torn between financial pressure (his commission depends on sales) and conscience, he stopped live streaming on Xingzhou Island after anglers and viewers noticed the deception. When he learned the club owner and fishing village boatmen were cheating tourists, he felt ashamed and chartered a boat to escape, but lost signal and failed to broadcast. He is conflicted, guilty, and ultimately refuses to sabotage the Tuna Cup event.
