A short-haired waitress at a state-run restaurant. She is married with two daughters and later a son. Her mother-in-law looked down on her for only bearing daughters and made her work during postpartum, causing health problems. Her husband acts tough at home but is a coward outside, and he takes out his frustrations on her.
