Chen Chao is the factory manager of Tashe Printing, a young man. He is confused when Chen Yaodong orders workers to rest early despite booming business. He is disappointed when told production will stop after moving current batch. He greets Chen Yaodong and Chen Jun respectfully at the factory entrance.
