An incredibly creative chef who is hosting a banquet for distinguished guests at his manor. The spring water in his estate has been contaminated, so he requires snowmelt from the peak of a snowy mountain, touched by the first rays of sunrise, for his banquet. He is the central figure of the One-Star Dungeon mission titled Chef Xin Sang's Banquet.
