General Wu'an, commander of the Northwest Army. He is loyal to the Regent King and refused the Crown Prince's bribery. He holds the Tiger Tally which commands the three armies. He warned the Regent King about the Crown Prince's moves. Several deputy generals under his command also refused the Crown Prince's offer.
