Also known as Old Chang or Master Chang, a 55-year-old chef running a small food stall. He is Chang Deman's adoptive father. He was in love with Zhang Rumei for thirty years and still remembered the braised pork soup she made for him in her youth. He agreed to marry Zhang Rumei and become head chef at Fuyun Tower.
