The temple master of Qingfeng Taoist Temple on West Mountain. He was meditating when Divine Doctor Mu (Gou Dan) arrived crying for help. He initially kicked Gou Dan for swindling a prince but immediately agreed to take the job after hearing about the hundred taels of gold reward. He instructed Gou Dan to study medical books and dye his hair and beard.
