Also known as Zhang Xuzhi, the Prime Minister and rival of Grand Preceptor Fu. He has been battling the Grand Preceptor for years. His faction supports the Fourth Prince. He is suspected by Shi Buyu of being behind the persecution of the Shi family. While the Shi family was imprisoned, he forbade anyone from seeing them.
