The captain of the convoy/Hunting Team. He leads the resupply efforts and has a gas station where people rest. He confronts Zhao Gang about the seven mutilated bodies found behind the convenience store, noting the dismemberment resembles Ghoul methods but lacks bite marks. He appears serious and scrutinizing but ultimately leaves frustrated when Zhao Gang gives noncommittal answers.
