Male, Cao Wende's nephew, a temporarily recruited translator at the Ping City machinery factory. He lacked the Russian language skills to translate for the six foreign experts and caused frustration among them. He tried to hide his incompetence but was exposed by a veteran technician who understood some Russian. He was unable to even convey a simple message about taking a break.
