The Jinzhou Prefecture Magistrate, a corrupt official with narrow triangular eyes. He is Li Bao's sworn brother and colludes with local despots. He has a penchant for younger, delicate men and keeps a young male concubine. He indulges in meat, liquor, and lewd behavior in his magistrate's office.
